Tunde Eso Speech at Osun Youth Conference 2018 today.

Today 5th of April, 2018, I Tunde Eso, President of Fix Nigeria Group, 2018 Osun State Governorship Aspirant(PDP); Initiator of YOUTHOCRACY and Publisher of Findout Newspaper, is oblige to deliver the topic Redefining the position of the youth in nation building at Osun Youth Conference 2018 at Osogbo, Atlantis event centre osogbo, Osun State. 

The doldrums faced today in our country and political scene is caused majorly  by the youth.

I'm sure everyone will be wondering why I said so, it's because 75 percent of the youths left the venue that determines our living into the hands of mobocrats ( mobocracy is defined as government of the people, by the illiterate and for the people - coinage Tunde Eso 2013 copied from Vision for Africa.

We were not conscious of when to act, when to talk, when to scode those at the helms of affairs of their misdemeanor; we were not conscious of when to advocate for others, we were not conscious of setting a pace for those in the helms of affairs, thinking they are capable of doing it well without our input. 

We were not conscious of the fact that government belongs to all, as defined by one of my great grandfather, the 16th president of united States of America Abraham Lincoln said the aforementioned is a major principle of Democracy.

We were not conscious of the fact that our input as Youth which constitute the larger population of Osun State in all sphere of it, will elicits pragmatic development, because "what you put to make good, is the good you get in return" Tunde Eso 2018.

Albeit, those youth who were conscious  of making an impact, were not doing it for the masses interest, and it's never their fault but because poverty has eaten deep into the fabric of my generation. 

Among us were few youth who advocated genuinely but lack of resources never allow them to sway far in the struggle while some lost their lives and some withdrew while other joined the capitalist to continually impoverished the country.

Redefining the position of youth in nation building at Osun Youth Conference 2018, i'm bold to affirm that identifying with a new system of government for pragmatic development in Nigeria is our new definition as Nigerian youth.

Therefore, I appeal to youth even beyond our sore to adhere and entrench Youthocracy and it's principle for leadership shift that will elicit development in Africa and beyond.

Attention dear generation, I have been advocating for youth and women Inclusion in governance for 21 years after I got my vision at the age of 19 and along side I discovered that to win the battle will be a bit difficult without an identification, so I coined YOUTHOCRACY defined as government of the people, by the youth and for the people in 2013 published in one of my book titled Vision for Africa.

As the president of Fix Nigeria Group and Osun State Governorship Aspirant in the 2018 election I have given more than 3000 youth who are contesting for any position from councillorship to presidency under 40 years of age free advertisement to encourage youth participation in governance for the injection of new ideologies, you can check the evidence of this in www.findoutnewspaper.com. you will come to realize today that most of those gerontocrats that we defend were those who killed us and with all their  accumulated wealth at our expense they never cater for our needs, Wherefore, let us support our selves this time for the sake of energy to synergy with new ideologies for development and assurance of vigors in our system; and these are some of the principles of Youthocracy as I have stated in my book titled Vision for Africa.

I also encouraged the women and saints to join politics as we can not leave the venue into the hands of mediocre.

Boldly, I stand to maintain that except the youth deceit from money and rotational system of politics, pragmatic growth will never get close to us, meanwhile, the people that refused intelligent minds to lead them will enjoy the highest level of poverty'' Tunde Eso.

Conclusively, to realise a better Osun State is the responsibility of all, as we have to contribute our qouta and ensure we make constructive criticism. We should also collect our voters card and vote out bad policies from our system.
