Brief us about your background.

I'm Ogundare  Ayodeji Emmanuel, a native of ijesa land. I was born to the family of Ogundare at Ogbon, Ilesa West, Osun State

What motivated you to start paint factory?

I got a vision for it for a very long time. I have worked for few companies which I wasn't certified and satisfied until I got through my vision lines.

How long have you been in your work field ? 

I have been in my field for more than two years with tenacity and sincerity to grow outstandingly.

How would you build up a personal relationship with clients?

This is vital roles when it comes to business and as an entrepreneur, I embrace my customers or clients opinion and ideas. I always try my best to give best utility as business is concern 

What are your plans in five years time?

What a good question, my major plans in five years to come is that I really want  my paint factory to spread to many states in Nigeria, to also try to build up most of the youth around my biophere to become an important person in life and I want the whole citizens in Nigeria to know my paint production as the best and to build up in Federal level , State level and Local Government level in Nigeria and beyond.

What are the three things that makes you happy? 

The three things that makes me happy are money, peace of mind and when my business grows up and enlarged 

What are the three things that makes you sad?

The three things that makes me said are exactly the opposite of the your last question. 

Who is your role model and why?

Dantata groups of companies and Dangote because of their vision.
