Nigerian bride who woke up blind few hours to wedding opens up about cause of blindness

A Nigerian newlywed has talked about how she became blind 36 hours before her wedding.

After a pharmacy gave her the incorrect eye drop and instructed her to apply it at night, she tragically lost her sight.

The bride, who went by @explorraa on the TikTok app, claimed to have woken up the following day with her pupils dilated and blind.

She was hurried back to the pharmacist who had given her the eye drop when she started to cry because of the light beams.
